Adult Softball Player

50+ Sports (Adults)

We offer league play for ages 50+, including softball and volleyball.

Kickball (Adults)

We offer recreational kickball leagues in the spring, summer, and fall. League options are coed.

Basketball (Adults)

We offer recreational basketball leagues in the summer, fall, and winter. League options are men's, women's, and coed.

Soccer (Adults)

We offer recreational soccer leagues in the summer and fall. League options are men’s and coed.

Flag Football (Adults)

We offer recreational flag football leagues in the fall. League options are men’s, women’s and coed.

Softball (Adults)

We offer recreational softball leagues in the spring, summer and fall. League options are men’s and coed.

Futsal (Adults)

We offer recreational futsal leagues in the spring. League options are coed.

Tennis (Adults)

We partner with MTEF to offer tennis instruction designed for beginner through advanced individuals in the summer.

Golf (Adults)

We offer golf instruction and golf leagues in the summer and fall. Both options are held at various Milwaukee County Parks golf courses.

Volleyball (Adults)

We offer recreational volleyball leagues in the spring, fall, and winter. League options are women’s and coed.

Registration Instructions

ONLINE (payment options: credit card only)

  • Click the sport and league for which you would like to register and follow the prompts.

OVER THE PHONE (payment options: credit card only)

  • Call the Adult Sports Office at 414-647-6046: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

US MAIL (payment options: check)

  • Complete the necessary contract or registration form.
  • Mail completed paperwork with appropriate payment to the Adult Sports Office: 2414 W. Mitchell St. Milwaukee, WI 53204

Looking to join a team?

Interested in playing in Milwaukee Recreation's Adult Sports leagues but don’t have a team? You can register here as a free agent and be placed onto a team! Visit that link and scroll to find leagues with available free agent registration. There is no cost to sign up as a free agent; you will only be charged once your spot on a team is confirmed. Each sport has its own free agent registration. Registration is only open in the sports offered in the current or upcoming seasons.

Become an Adult Sports official!

Milwaukee Recreation is looking to hire individuals to officiate, umpire, and referee a variety of adult sports leagues.

Officials provide vital support for our community leagues. Officiating offers opportunities for individuals to stay healthy, build friendships, and cultivate new skills.

Learn more and find the brief interest forms here. Pay rates vary from $25-$35 per game depending on the sport.
