Milwaukee Public Schools outdoor facilities are available for use by the community through the Outdoor Facility Permit Application process. To secure an outdoor facility, please complete the appropriate Outdoor Facility Permit Application for your request (see the Outdoor Facility Resources box for more information). The completed application must be submitted a minimum of two weeks prior to the reservation date to ensure proper processing. Every effort is made to honor permit requests. However, please note the priority for outdoor facility usage is as follows:
- First Priority: Milwaukee Public Schools
- Second Priority: Return Permit Groups requesting the same dates, times, and locations as previous year
- Third Priority: New Permit Groups
The permit application process is facilitated through the Milwaukee Public Schools Department of Recreation and Community Services.
