Women's Wellness

Celebrate Women's Health Month with Milwaukee Recreation!

Participate in a day of education and activities surrounding women's health & wellness! Free classes, a women-only panel, and refreshments will be available. Community vendors will also be present at the event.

Please bring your own mat.

  • Parking: Street parking available around the community center.

Journaling & Gentle Yoga: 10:15-11 a.m.

Sound Bath: 11:15-11:30 a.m.

Pilates: 11:30 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.

Raffle Drawings: 12:15 p.m.

Women's Wellness Panel: 12:30-1:30 p.m.

Guided Meditation: 1:30-2 p.m.

Raffle Drawings: 2 p.m.

Art Activity: Ongoing from 10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
