Rec. ‘N’ Roll Mobile

The Rec 'N' Roll Van - Milwaukee Recreation's "playground on the move" – brings recreational activities to youth aged 5-15 who are living in areas with limited access to recreation facilities and services.

Equipped with sports equipment, arts & crafts activities, music, and carnival games, the Rec 'N' Roll Van provides fun and positive programs to shelters serving unhoused youth, family housing developments, rental assistance complexes, community agencies, and playgrounds. Available for one-time events, biweekly/monthly visits during the school-year and weekly visits during the summer!

Please note that Rec. 'N' Roll Mobile scheduling priority is given to the following organizations:

• Temporary Housing Facilities.
• Food Pantries.
• Veteran's & Rental Assistance Complexes.
• Family Housing Developments.
• Family Resource Centers.
• Church Youth Groups.
• Other Community Agencies serving youth with limited access to recreational facilities and services.

If you are an individual or community group interested in working with Milwaukee Recreation for rentals for a special event, we do have Carnival Games available for rent, as well as the Wacky Wheels Skate Van.
