Ticketing & Spectator Information

Milwaukee City Conference LogoFor the upcoming school year, Milwaukee Public Schools and the Milwaukee City Conference will be using GoFan for mobile ticketing and season passes for athletic events. GoFan is the most used mobile ticketing platform for high schools in Wisconsin and is the official digital ticketing partner of the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletics Association (WIAA).

Digital tickets are required for all MCC athletic events in stadiums, fieldhouses, and gymnasiums. All varsity football, varsity boys basketball, and varsity girls basketball games require a fee. Fees may vary for additional MCC sports, special events, tournaments, or postseason contests.

For each athletic contest, tickets will go on sale a week prior to the scheduled date and will close 30 minutes after the scheduled start time.

Student General Admission Ticket

This ticket level is only for high school students. High school students are limited to one ticket per student.

  • Students should be prepared to show their school ID or Infinite Campus photo via their phone for access to athletic events.
  • Middle school students may only attend high school athletic events with their parent/guardian. Their parent/guardian is responsible for purchasing the ticket. No exceptions will be made.

Adult/Family General Admission Ticket

This ticket level is for all adults, ages 18-64, including parents, family members, away team teachers, alumni, etc.

Purchasing Your Ticket Before the Event

Fans are encouraged to purchase tickets online prior to reaching the facility. Use GoFan's "How to Buy Tickets Guide" for additional assistance on the step-by-step process.

Step 1

Download the GoFan app (see links to the App Store and Google Play Store below) or visit the MPS GoFan page.

Step 2

Search for your preferred school. You can also "favorite" your school for quick access and to receive email reminders.

Please note: in the past, spectators had to search for the “home team” to find the specific game. However, GoFan will allow you to find your preferred team no matter if the game is listed as home or away.

Step 3

Purchase your ticket(s) online.

You will receive an order confirmation email. Select the “VIEW TICKET” option on your mobile device. Within the app, select “TICKETS” to view your ticket order. Pay attention to the information shown on the confirmation screen.

Using Your Ticket at the Event

 

Step 1

Before arriving at the gate, access your confirmation email or view the ticket in the mobile app and click on the “VIEW TICKET” on your mobile device.

Step 2

Show your mobile device to gate personnel, who will validate your ticket for admission. Do NOT validate your ticket prior to arriving at the gate. MCC staff members will validate your ticket.

Step 3

Tickets cannot be printed. You must use your mobile device to access your ticket.Before arriving at the gate, access your confirmation email or view the ticket in the mobile app and click on the “VIEW TICKET” on your mobile device.

  Ticket Transfers

If you cannot use your tickets, you have the option to transfer those tickets to a friend or another fan. NO SCREENSHOTS of tickets for admissions will be allowed. Transferring tickets can only occur through the app.

  Cash App, Apple Pay, & Google Pay

Spectators can now purchase online tickets using the Cash App, Apple Pay, & Google Pay.

  Additional Information

The Milwaukee City Conference has the right to alter or vary any athletics event due to situations or circumstances beyond its reasonable control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to comply with the latest refund policies and other instructions as defined by the MCC.

Online tickets are issued subject to the Rules and Regulations of the MCC. Breach of any MCC Code of Conduct, Rules and Regulations, or any unacceptable behavior likely to cause damage, nuisance, or injury shall entitle event staff, school administration and/or school safety to eject you from the venue. The MCC staff members reserves the right to refuse admission should patrons breach any Rules and Regulations of the athletic event.

All spectators entering an MCC Interscholastic Athletics event is subject to security searches to ensure the safety of the event and all in attendance.

The exit and entries from/to the venue shall be conducted pursuant to the rules and regulations of the facility. There will be no pass-outs or re-admissions of any kind.

  • The MCC prohibits the entrance of pets or animals into all athletic events (except for service animals as documented by service vest and/or appropriate documentation shared by caregiver).
  • The MCC prohibits spectators to bring food and drink from outside.
  • The MCC accepts no responsibility for any personal property.

All of these terms and conditions are governed by the Milwaukee City Conference and Milwaukee Public Schools.
