Sparkle & Shine

It’s time to jingle & mingle this holiday season!

Join us at our Sparkle & Shine event to enjoy seasonal refreshments & light snacks as you view our creatively decorated trees, take part in a holiday craft, and visit with others.

Each participant will receive five raffle tickets to enter a drawing to win one of the decorated trees to take home and enjoy! All trees will be fully decorated with lights, ornaments, and ribbons.

• Where: OASIS Community Center (2414 W. Mitchell St.)
• When: Saturday, Nov. 22, 2025 from 1-3 p.m. & 4-6 p.m.
• Cost: $4 for city of Milwaukee residents/$6 for non-residents* (children 3 and under are free) *includes five raffle tickets, warm drinks, and snacks

Ten trees of varying sizes will be given to randomly selected winners. The raffle will occur Monday, Nov. 24 and winners will be contacted by telephone. Decorated trees may be picked up the week of Nov. 24 and must be picked up by Friday, Dec. 5 at 3 p.m.

Sparkle & Shine comes to life with the assistance of the Community Assessment & Training Program (CATP), an area of the MPS School to Work Transition Program. Through CATP, students with disabilities created tremendous decorations for the event and put together incredibly creative trees, complete with ornaments, lights, and ribbons.
