Before- & After-School Programs Supervisor

Milwaukee Recreation is seeking a passionate, detail-oriented, and energetic leader to oversee a portfolio of before- & after-school child care camp programs across the district. This position plays a key role in ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, and enriching experiences for youth while maintaining compliance with state licensing standards and organizational goals and expectations.

Ideal candidates will bring strong technical expertise in child care licensing, a proven ability to manage multiple program sites, and a deep commitment to creating equitable, high-quality out-of-school time opportunities for Milwaukee's youth.
