MPS C.A.R.E.S. offers free wellness programming and resources at different locations throughout the year. These programs and resources are free and available to everyone ages 6 and older (children 6-11 must be accompanied by an adult). Fitness classes and health education will be provided by local community organizations. Healthy snacks, smoothies and water may also be available.
Registration will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis the day of the event. This is a free drop-in program. See more Family Nights event programming here.

Fitness in the Parks
Fitness in the Parks is a series of free outdoor classes that bring a variety of fitness options to a neighborhood near you! Choose a class you like and show up. All classes will be 45 minutes long and led by a certified fitness instructor. Please bring your own exercise mat and water.
This walking club will start with a walk and end with a coffee. Each week you will start at a different coffee shop, walk the distance listed and end back at the coffee shop for a coffee. Walk will last 1-2 hours depending on distance listed. Each walk starts at 10 a.m. on Tuesdays. (No pre-registration is necessary; the below links simply indicate the address and distance for each location. Registration for September and October dates will open on Aug. 5 for Milwaukee residents and Aug. 12 for non-residents.)
"Fall into Health and Wellness" Event
Join us for our fall health fair! Free fitness classes, community resources, and health education will be provided by local organizations. Healthy snacks, smoothie making demonstrations, and raffle prizes will also be included! This is a free, drop-in program available to all. Registration will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis at event.
