Milwaukee Recreation High School Esports

Esports Participants at Reagan High SchoolMilwaukee Recreation is now operating esports leagues at high schools within Milwaukee Public Schools.

Through esports, Milwaukee Recreation strives to provide new opportunities for high school students to connect with their school community, engage in essential STEM activities, develop skills for unique career paths, and build friendships to last a lifetime.

Milwaukee Recreation currently offers league play for Rocket League and Mario Kart, with a season-ending tournament for Rocket League.

Interested in participating at your school? Milwaukee Recreation currently has teams set up at Hamilton HS, Bradley Tech HS, Marshall HS, MHSA, MSL, Obama SCTE , Rufus King HS, South Division HS, Vincent HS, Washington HS, Golda Meir School, and Reagan HS. Please contact the esports coordinator at your school or Milwaukee Recreation manager to join the team.

Milwaukee Recreation Esports City Championship

Milwaukee Recreation is putting a bow on the fall 2024 esports season with the inaugural Milwaukee Recreation Esports City Championship!

On Saturday, Nov. 23, join us as the final four Rocket League teams compete for the city crown, as well as the chance to represent Milwaukee in the national PlayVS Rocket League Cup next semester.

Event Information

  • Date: Saturday, Nov. 23
  • Time: 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.
  • Where: Milwaukee School of Languages (8400 W. Burleigh St.) - enter through the main door off W. Burleigh St.
  • Admission: Free (no registration necessary)
  • Participating Teams: South Division Cardinals, MSL Hawks, Vincent Vikings, Bradley Tech Trojans
  • Tournament Format: Best-of-five, single-elimination tournament format
