Looking to join a team?

Interested in playing in Milwaukee Recreation's Adult Sports leagues but don’t have a team? You can register here as a free agent and be placed onto a team! Visit that link and scroll to find leagues with available free agent registration. There is no cost to sign up as a free agent; you will only be charged once your spot on a team is confirmed. Each sport has its own free agent registration. Registration is only open in the sports offered in the current or upcoming seasons.

Registration Instructions

ONLINE (payment options: credit card only)

• Click the sport and league for which you would like to register and follow the prompts.

OVER THE PHONE (payment options: credit card only)

• Call the Adult Sports Office at 414-647-6046: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

US MAIL (payment options: check)

• Complete the necessary contract or registration form.
• Mail completed paperwork with appropriate payment to the Adult Sports Office: 2414 W. Mitchell St. Milwaukee, WI 53204
