Twilight Centers host regular activities, special events for youth, teens, & families

 

Open Gym Shootaround at Pulaski Twilight Center

Milwaukee Recreation offers safe, fun, indoor spaces for young people throughout the school year!

Young people are invited to join us at one of our Twilight Centers this season to spend time with friends in the game room, play basketball during open gym, or participate in a range of enrichment activities.

No registration is required. All Twilight Centers are free. All young people, MPS and non-MPS alike, are welcome to attend. Milwaukee Recreation offers six locations for ages 12-18, and two locations for ages 10-14.

High School Locations (ages 12-18)

Winter/Spring Season: Jan. 6 - May 22

Mondays & Wednesdays: 6-9 p.m.
Saturdays: 6-10 p.m.

  • Madison HS: 8135 W. Florist Ave.
  • North Division HS: 1011 W. Center St.
  • Pulaski HS: 2500 W. Oklahoma Ave.
  • Obama SCTE: 5075 N. Sherman Blvd.
  • South Division HS: 1515 W. Lapham Blvd.
  • Washington HS: 2525 N. Sherman Blvd. 

Middle School Locations (ages 10-14)

Only open to currently enrolled middle school students.

Winter/Spring Season: Jan. 5 - May 22

Andrew Douglas MS: 3620 N. 18th St.

  • Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays: 5-8 p.m.

Bay View HS: 2751 S. Lenox St.

  • Fridays & Saturdays: 5:30-8:30 p.m.

Twilight Family Skate Nights

Families are invited to join us at Bay View HS and Andrew Douglas MS Twilight Centers on the listed dates below:

Bay View HS: 5:30-8:30 p.m.

  • Jan. 19, Feb. 10, & Feb. 23

Andrew Douglas MS: 5-8 p.m.

  • March 29, April 19, May 17

Youth under 10 years old must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Skate rentals are provided for free.
