Milwaukee Recreation Skiing & Snowboarding

This winter, Milwaukee Recreation is partnering with SOS Outreach to provide ski and snowboard programs to young people in our Twilight Centers!

The program is led by qualified staff members, and will include instruction, lift tickets, and equipment to youth participants for five full days through the Learn to Ride program.

Milwaukee Recreation will chaperone the trips to and from Wilmot Ski Resort, where the SOS Outreach instructors will lead the sessions for the participants.

All skill levels are encouraged to participate. Participants do not need to be an MPS student to attend this program, nor do they need to attend our Twilight Centers. All are welcome!

Meals will be provided to all participants.

Program Information

• Dates: Fridays, Feb. 14, Feb. 21, Feb. 28, March 7, and March 14
• Times: 2-8 p.m.
• Ages: 12-18 years old and currently enrolled in school.
• Cost: $25 per person (scholarship opportunities are available).
• Location: Wilmot Ski Resort (11931 Fox River Rd., Wilmot, Wis.)
• Transportation will be provided, if needed (pick-up and drop-off locations are to be determined).
