Free Sports Physicals

Concentra assists prospective student-athlete with free physical

Milwaukee Public Schools has partnered with Concentra to offer free sports physicals for MPS high school athletes this season.

Review this document for all information regarding free physicals.

The following are a few of the Concentra Clinics that will provide free sports physicals for student-athletes:

  • Downtown Milwaukee:  215 N. 35th Street | 414.931.7600
