Twilight & Treat
Milwaukee Recreation’s Twilight & Treat returns to three Twilight Centers around the city this year! Join us this year to kick off Halloween weekend with free, fun, family friendly activities, including trick or treating, carnival games, face painting, and enrichment activities!
All ages welcome.
Night One
- Date: Friday, Oct. 27
- Time: 5-8 p.m.
- Location: Andrew Douglas MS Twilight Center
Night Two
- Date: Saturday, Oct. 28
- Time: 4:30-8 p.m.
- Where: Bay View HS Twilight Center & Washington HS Twilight Center
This is a free, drop-in event. No registration required.
Twilight Skate Nights
Milwaukee Recreation's free Family Skate Nights return to Andrew Douglas MS and Bay View HS Twilight Centers this season.
Andrew Douglas and Bay View Twilight Centers are open to ages 10-14 (ages under 10 must be accompanied by an adult for Family Skate Night). Skate rentals are available for free.

- Dec. 9: 5:30-8:30 p.m. at Bay View HS
These are free, drop-in events. No registration required.
50+ Halloween Costume Party
Join us for a 50+ Halloween Costume Party! Come dressed in your best Halloween costume, play Halloween themed games, and watch a classic horror film. Prizes for best costume! Light snacks and beverages provided.

Mother & Son Superhero Night
It’s a bird! It’s a plane! It’s Mother & Son Superhero Night!
Come dressed as your favorite hero and join us for an evening of games, crafts, and snacks. Moms and sons will participate in arts and crafts, Superhero Training activities, and will have the opportunity to take pictures at our prop stations. Fly, swing, or smash your way in for this event; it’ll be one you won’t want to miss. Healthy snacks will also be provided.

- Ages: 1-10 years old
- Cost for mothers: $20 for city of Milwaukee residents/$30 for non-residents
- Cost for sons: $5 for city of Milwaukee residents/$8 for non-residents
