A vibrant family day of fun and excitement awaits!
Families are invited to enjoy over 10 engaging activities including an obstacle course, crafts, games, and more. The day also features delicious food available for purchase, offering something for everyone to enjoy. Be sure to participate in the exciting raffle drawings for a chance to win amazing prizes.
As you explore the event, live music will fill the air, creating the perfect atmosphere for family bonding and memories. It will be a day filled with laughter, joy, and endless entertainment.

- Location: Wick Playfield (park in the MPS Central Services lot - 5225 W. Vliet St.)
- Ages: 5 and up
- Cost for adults: $10 for city of Milwaukee residents/$20 for non-residents
- Cost for youth: $5 for city of Milwaukee residents/$8 for non-residents

Additional Information:
- Families are welcome to bring picnics to enjoy in the field.
- Limited tables and chairs will be available.
- Various sports equipment will be provided for free play.
Activity Stations
Find My Family
One family member is blindfolded and must follow their family's verbal directions to locate another family member positioned somewhere in the grass.
Tic-Tac-Toe Versus
Be the first to get three in a row! Families divide into two teams competing to get three markers in a row. Players must roll an odd number before racing to place their tic tac toe piece, then tag the next player on their team.
Who Drew It?
Family members have three minutes to each draw the same object while one family member stands and faces the opposite direction. The family member who does not draw the object then tries to guess who created each artwork.
Lava Land
Navigate across the "lava rocks" by choosing the correctly colored stepping stones. You can also create your own challenging path to test your family's balance and agility!
Family Relay Race
Race against other families on running mats to reach the finish line first!
Water Balloon Toss
Test your family's coordination by tossing a water balloon back and forth. How many successful throws can you complete before it breaks?
Bingo
Our staff will host traditional bingo games every 15-20 minutes with opportunities to win Milwaukee Recreation prizes and swag.
GaGa Pit
Enjoy this popular playground activity! GaGa Ball is a fast-paced dodgeball-style game where players hit the ball with open hands trying to touch other players below the knee. Last player standing wins!
Carnival Games
Try your luck at over 10 different Milwaukee Recreation carnival games spread throughout the event area.
Arts and Crafts with Artists Working in Education (AWE)
Design and decorate your own family frisbee, then test it out at our disc golf cages.
Inflatable Obstacle Course
Race through an 80-foot inflatable course featuring 11 challenging obstacles where participants jump, climb, crawl, squeeze and slide their way to the finish.
Bubble Bash
End your day with bubbles galore! Bring towels and extra clothes or swimwear for this splashy finale.
