Celebrate spring with our Twilight special events!

Spring Eggstravaganza Family

Milwaukee Recreation is hosting a series of fun and free events for young people and families at our Twilight Centers this spring! We encourage you to join us in our safe spaces for youth, teens, and families.

Twilight Skate Nights

Who is ready to hit the rink? Milwaukee Recreation’s free Family Skate Nights are returning this season!

Skate Nights are open to ages 10-14 (ages under 10 must be accompanied by an adult). Participants are welcome to bring their own skates. Milwaukee Recreation also has skate rentals available for free. No registration required.

At Bay View HS, please use the entrance off E. Montana St. for Twilight activities.

  • March 22: Bay View HS (5:30-8:30 p.m.)
  • April 11: Andrew Douglas MS (5-8 p.m.)
  • May 2: Andrew Douglas MS (5-8 p.m.)
  • May 10: Bay View HS (5:30-8:30 p.m.)

Twilight Movie Nights

Let's get the popcorn poppin' at Andrew Douglas MS this spring! Join us for these special Twilight Center viewings of "Despicable Me 4" and "Moana 2" this month.

Showings are open to ages 10-14 (ages under 10 must be accompanied by an adult). These events are free to participate; no registration is required.

  • March 21: "Moana 2" (6:15 p.m.)
  • April 11: "Despicable Me 4" (6:15 p.m.) please note: this event was originally scheduled for April 4

Spring Eggstravaganza

Join us for our annual egg hunt, carnival games, coloring, arts & crafts, and more! Mad Science and Artists Working in Education (AWE) will also lead engaging workshops for participants, while supplies last.

These are free, drop-in events. Registration is not required. All ages are welcome.
