Wellness Days

Wellness Days

Wellness Day offers free wellness programming and resources at different locations throughout the year. These programs and resources are free and available to everyone ages 6 and older (children 6-11 must be accompanied by an adult). Fitness classes and health education will be provided by local community organizations. Healthy snacks, smoothies and water may also be available.

Registration will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis the day of the event. This is a free drop-in program. See more Family Nights event programming here.

Upcoming Winter Wellness Walks

Winter is the perfect time to get outside and experience the healing powers of nature. Walking outdoors has been shown to have many benefits, including reducing stress levels, enhancing the immune system, and lifting spirits. Be prepared to enjoy the outdoors to benefit your heart and head.

Dress appropriately for an outdoor hike. All ages welcome. Registration will take place on-site the day of the event (meet outside of the nature center).
