Bay View Twilight Center

Twilight Centers are safe places for you and your friends to hang out every Monday and Wednesday night from 6-9 p.m. and every Saturday night from 6-10 p.m. The Twilight Centers are open to students ages 12-18.

Activities include:


  • Game room
  • Open gym
  • Open swim
  • College access programs
  • Monthly family special events (Sat)
  • Twilight Girls Star Program
  • Twilight Social Seminars
  • Digital Music Production
  • Cooking Classes
  • Creative Arts
  • Twilight Dodgeball League
  • Holiday-themed parties
  • Cultural outings (field trips based on attendance in enrichment programming)

And if you can't find a ride home, no worries! Bay View Twilight Center now offers bus rides at night to three locations:

Northside YMCA

1350 W. North Ave.

Washington Park Library

2121 N. Sherman Blvd.

Barack Obama High School

5075 N. Sherman Blvd.

The Bay View bus boards at 8:00 p.m. and departs at 8:05 p.m. Students must sign up for bus transportation services when they arrive at check-in. The twilight bus service is only available on Mondays and Wednesdays.
